Our team knows that Norris is unlike any other town in Anderson County. The Tennessee Valley Authority built it in 1933 as a planned community for the workers building Norris Dam on the Clinch River. The original houses were built of local wood and stone to twelve basic designs, each with a porch and a fireplace, on winding roads that follow the terrain, and they were among the first all-electric homes in the country. The town was sold at auction in 1948 and incorporated in 1949, and the Norris District, with about 340 buildings, is on the National Register of Historic Places. Plumbing in a house from the 1930s needs care and respect for the building. Norris water comes from Clear Creek Spring through the Norris Water Commission. Our team is fully committed to reliable plumbing repair in Norris.
Plumbing Services in Norris, TN

In a Norris house that is ninety years old, the question is often whether to repair one section or replace an old run completely. Our plumbers look at the pipe material and its condition and explain the choice in plain words. The Norris Water Commission has completed its lead service line inventory, and homeowners can ask the city office what it shows for their address. For a burst pipe, close the main shut-off where the line enters the house or at the meter, then call.
